Abstract:

1: view from Russian Hill encompassing Telegraph Hill in the distance, with Washington Square in North Beach in the middle distance, and may have been taken as early as 1865. 2: view northward down Stockton Street with numerous people and wagons or carts, with the bay and Angel Island on the horizon. 3: view of Hademon's Spout Farm depicting a fountain in a garden setting on what later became the Theodore Gier estate.
